I am a Solo Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the accounting
industry, primarily focusing in tax. I have experience in every aspect of
the taxation process: planning, transaction, compliance, and dispute
resolution. I have experience preparing a wide range of entity returns:
Corporations, Partnerships, S-Corporations, Trusts, U.S. Tax Returns for
Foreign Corporations, Gift, and Estate. During my career, I have also
serviced a wide range of individual tax clients, including high net-worth
individuals.

Regarding international taxation, I have prepared all of the necessary
income and informational returns for both U.S. Citizens living outside of
the U.S. and foreign individuals with U.S. tax return filing requirements.
I am intimately familiar with the U.S. filing requirements for both U.S.
citizens living in Canada and Canadian citizens with U.S. return filing
requirements.

My firm is purely paperless, meaning I can receive and send documents
literally anywhere. Being paperless also means that clients do not have to
