We specialize in "cost segregation," and partner with CPA firms to help them lower their clients income taxes and increase their cash flow, by performing "cost segregation studies" for them, which reclassify building components into 5, 7 and 15 year depreciables lives, from 39 and 27.5 (for apartment buildings.) We also perform valuation studies, which allow clients to write off certain demolition work, which is still good through 2014 tax year.
